About Dawn Williams

I became a RE/MAX® agent because there is no greater fulfillment than to help someone buy or sell a home! My primary focus, whether working with buyers or sellers, is a genuine interest in my client’s real estate needs and building relationships that last a lifetime. I am committed to hard work and personalized service in an effort to exceed the expectations of my clients.

I am a resident of Pell City, Alabama, which is known as the Gateway of Logan Martin Lake. Pell City is one of the fastest growing communities in Alabama with amenities found in much larger cities and has retained that small, hometown charm. Growing up in Calhoun County, AL, I am very knowledgeable of Pell City and surrounding communities.

With more than 30 years experience in the mortgage industry, an Accounting degree, and my love for helping sellers list their home or finding the perfect home for buyers, becoming a RE/MAX® agent was the perfect fit!
